Is It Art?
I was walking along Beak Street yesterday and saw this material coming out of a window and thought it was a very long curtain, but as I got closer realised that it was hair.
I'm guessing it is some kind of art thing. It was definitely quite interesting. Mostly because people were slightly intrigued but didn't want to show too much interest in it. I was the only one who stopped and took a good look.
